Interviewers
We utilize our own phone rooms as well as member phone rooms for project recruitment. All phone rooms do scheduling only; they do not do any interviewing. All interviewing is done in-house out of our HQ location. The decision to keep all of the professional, native language interviewers in-house and in a centralized location was made to ensure quality control processes, consistency of question presentation and that standard operating procedures were uniform across all languages.
Our team of interviewers is organised by specialty in each language (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.). We pride ourselves on ensuring our interviewers are knowledgeable about the topics they are engaging respondents in. For each language, we have phone rooms that seat an average of 30 phone recruiters. For each language, we also have a minimum of 30 interviewers, with an average of 5-8 interviewers working on any specific project depending upon the topic or industry. The number of recruiters and interviewers is juggled as needed according to the number of projects running, timeline, IR, response rate, etc.
